The Museum has now doubled in size so as well as all the old favourites, there is a major new gallery devoted to Chelmsford's unique industrial heritage called Bright Sparks, a new Essex Regiment Museum, Essex Yeomanry display, community life galleries, art displays and a large temporary exhibition space, currently showing Wildlife Photographer of the Year.
