Chelmer Viaduct Replacement Scheme

An application has been received for the demolition of existing viaduct and bridge and erection of new replacement viaduct linking the Army & Navy roundabout to the Chelmer Village Way roundabout, formation of new drainage ponds, new hard and soft landscaping, lighting scheme and access arrangements.
