Chelmsford Borough Council's Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre is offering an exciting range of activities for all the family at one bargain price during its 'Family Fun Day' on Monday 25 May 2009, between 10am to 4pm. 8 May 2009
Visitors to the Centre will get the chance to try a range of sports including swimming, ice skating, trampolining and badminton, for just £5 per adult or £2.50 per child. The day will provide the perfect answer for a fun packed family Bank Holiday, whatever the weather! Everyone who attends the Family Fun Day will also be entered into a free prize draw to win a year's free Direct Card membership, worth nearly £500. Chelmsford Borough Council's Cabinet Member for Leisure and Culture, Councillor Ray Ride, said: "Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre offers a vast choice of activities for all ages and abilities. This event is aimed at promoting the great selection of fun things on offer, and to provide the community with the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities that they may not otherwise try."
