Informal User Groups Dovedale Sports Centre runs an annual user and hirer group session. This is aimed at providing our customers and hirers with the opportunity to help us improve the day to day operation of the services and facilities that we offer. The sessions cover a number of topics including pricing, programming, quality of service, access and marketing. Satisfaction Surveys If you or your family use our services we are interested in hearing your views! We are very keen to find out how often and why you and your family use the centre, as well as how satisfied you are with the services and facilities provided e.g. staff, prices and range of activities. These results will be treated confidentially and will be used to help us plan for the future and assist us as we seek to provide excellent quality services which meet the needs of the local community.
