Dovedale Sports Centre operate a concessionary policy, which allows those eligible to use the Centre's facilities at a reduced rate during specific times. This Concessionary Policy is valid from 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2011, and is specific to Dovedale Sports Centre. Dovedale Sports Centre reserve the right to alter any details listed at any time without prior notification. This information is correct at time of publishing, and replaces any existing policies. 1. Who is eligible? The following are eligible for Concessionary Prices (at specific times depending on area used) at Dovedale Sports Centre: (1) People aged 60 years or over (require ID with date of birth); (2) Those on Income Support (require order book or recent letter from benefits agency); (3) Those receiving Working Tax Credit (require letter or proof of allowance); (4) Students in full time education (require a current NUS card, proof of age card or connexions card); (5) Those attending training for work or a modern apprenticeship (require current letter from training provider); (6) Foster carers (require ID). Persons with a disability are eligible for concessions at all times (require a Green card, letter of registration or proof of DL allowance). 2. Times when concessionary prices apply Concessionary prices apply throughout the year, regardless of whether Essex County Council Term Time or School Holiday period (certain exclusions apply) during certain time periods (except for those with a disability when it applies at all times) and are specific to areas.
