Free Sports and Play Sessions around Chelmsford
Each year, Chelmsford Borough Council offers a number of free sports sessions during the summer school holidays. This summer the Parish 'Sports and Play' programme will run from Monday 2 August to Thursday 19 August. Sessions are funded by local Parish and Town Councils and involve multi- sports and sports specific sessions at their chosen venue.

Chelmsford Woman Found Guilty of Housing and Council Tax Benefit Fraud
Chelmsford Borough Council's Benefits Investigation and Legal Teams recently took Mrs Debra Bliss 52, of Pleshey Road, Chelmsford to court where she was found guilty on two counts of failing to declare that her husband was in receipt of an Armed Forces pension when claiming Housing and Council Tax benefits.
